Layers (rainy window) added to the Lightroom preset version. One at soft light, one at hard light for blending modes. Some brush painting added to the blown area of the sky.
Wonderful enhancement. Love the sense of vintage charm that the overlay lends to the image. Gotta love what a little texture will do for a blown out sky, too. :)
