These days I'm building a house and that's pretty much consumes all my time. I promised my DPC team to participate this week but had not time for shooting all week so I decided to take my strobes with me to my house construction site and set up a studio for a self-portrait. My face really needs advanced editing though :-P
Editing is a blend of basic Lightroom adjustments, Curves, Shadow/Highligt, USM and Color Balance in Photoshop.

Very fitting of a lifestyle photo. Only complaint is you could maybe use a tad more light on the left side of his face to get rid of the shadow under his brow on that side, but that's nitpicking. Really like the backdrop too.
You may want to get the site council to correct the spelling of your title.
That aside, interesting pseudo-environmental portait. Nice lighting and good sharpness.
