Because of the very deliberate lighting here I will give you the benefit of the doubt that this was in fact taken indoors and not outdoors.

Either way a reflector would have helped fill in the nasty shadows happening here. I like the idea of a grungy type photo, but the busy clothing against a busy background just makes things confusing. Also the model looking up with her eyes make it look they are rolled back in her head.

Overall I like the concept, not the execution. 5

I'd prefer if she was looking at the camera. But I like the angle and use of dark area.
