Worked with Filter: Distort: Spherize at 100%, then did one of
goodman
's filters, then layered the original back atop it at a lower opacity. I played with brushes to get the light rays.

Turned it into a sunny, rolling, landscape. Very nice effect with what resembles sun rays. I'm not sure I like the oval. That seems distracting to me.
