nothing here realy makes me think "color".
whats the subject? is it the shoes, a small tatoo, the ground? maybe the laces? what ever the subject is i personaly would like to see clearly. i dont realy see a focus point. maybe some camera shake goin on too. i take shots like this on my cell phone alot, cuz thats what i see when i look at the screen, heh. i usualy try n jump over something to make it interesting.. i have to give you a three, generously.. i say this with a smile on my face :)
Really bad focus, and I wont buy the argument that it was on purpose. I do not see any srong points in this image. The composition could be better, it could be more sharp, with better contrast, etc.
ha, love the title. the image is too dark for a full tonal range. using contrast or levels to get grya above middle grey and white would help alot. a sharp image would also help a lot
