The frog certainly blends in well in B&W. To my mind, the image is too busy to bring your eye into it.

It took a while to pick out the frog/toad. I would like to see it more clearly but I guess it would take color to do that.

tighter shot would have communicated the subject better, I alsmot didnt even see him there. Maybe tighter with something blown out of focus in the foreground.
