 Trying out the new 50mm lens. Shot a series of these thinking free study, but upon downloading ... noticed the accidental "Y". focus is off and I'm not sure why

I like the use of a person in this shot. Otherwise, it would have been very ordinary and literal to meet the challenge. Nice work.

the scene, the colors, the composition are all very good - especially how the young girl seems to balance the Y...

I just wish the image were either a bit softer (more painting like) or a bit sharper (more photolike). It seems left somewhere in the middle as if you couldn't decide which way to go...
