I'm sure there will be a lot of similar ones. I took a bunch of pictures of the freeway with downtown San Diego in the background but there was too much negative space and I couldn't crop for minimal editing. Just resized and saved for web of course. I learned last time I got my best ever score when I submitted Minimal Editing and got disqualified for doing minimal basic editing. I know it's not quite level but nothing I can do now. Downloaded off camera 15 minutes before cutover.

During voting (finally figured out how to add comments now). I rushed my comments since time was running out. This was taken by illegally walking onto the CA 163 onramp by Balboa Park and down the ice plant towards the freeway to get a good location. I sat by the onramp for about an hour waiting for the right light and keeping a low profile hoping police didn't get after me. After many shots of downtown San Diego in the background I turned 90 degrees left and took some shots of this view.
I then stopped at the Miramar Way exit and took shots of I-15, and there the CHP (highway patrol) stopped and shined a light in my car, so I hurried back to the car and explained myself.
Even though this shot is much more abstract I liked it better.
