Lovely shot. Bit of a pity about the wire, but you couldn't edit it out.

I'm not sure in which way this looks like it's been done with long exposure but then again, I know very little if anything about long exposure. I know the shot looks good though.

the details of the cityscape are actually pretty good but I do not understand how the title fits - i may be missing something....

Not quite getting the title. Also think I would like this better without the electric line in the shot, but maybe that's necessitated by the image concept associated with the title I'm not getting.
