The two guys who happened to hold still long enough to register on this image really make it work for me. The shot could use more detail in the sky to balance it a bit better but it's not bad for a night shot uncropped (for me, who rarely shoots at night!).

the people, the fountains, the memorial behind are great elements - i just wish the image were brighter as if taken a bit earlier so the city behind was still slightly visible to bring out the details in the Lincoln Memorial behind.
