Taken during a recent trip to Philly. Not sure what building is on the right, but the colored lights are constantly changing. I'm surprised how little noise I had in this picture, which is great for me given the minimal editing rules!
Would have experimented more with different camera settings, framing and so forth, but didn't want to miss too much of the Steelers-Browns game. (Go Black & Gold!)

POST CHALLENGE:
Had hoped for a little better, but still a top 20!
Probably should have entitled this "Division Street (Blah vs. Bling)" to acknowledge the disparity in lighting from one side to the other. Oh well.
For those interested, a couple of outtakes from the interesting building on the right.

Hi! Great colors and shot. Congrats on your top 20 finish. The building is part of the University of the Arts Campus on South Broad Street which is also known as the Avenue of the Arts. I think a building up by Pine Street, behind you in this shot, also was being lit with colored lights and also patterns earlier in the year. I have not noticed it recently. Congrats again!
Thanks Bob for filling in that blank and for your nice comments.

the lighting of the buildings on the right and center is so dramatic and powerful, but an apparent unbalanced feel results from the rather dull and dreary/ dark buildings on the left
