I don't think there's anything really creative in this photograph that you couldn't get from the paper itself. Even the DOF just points to the text that the paper already highlighted.
It's pretty difficult to photograph something so flat since you can't get any shadows. Maybe painting with light to spotlight a certain word or phrase would have made the lighting more appealing. I also might have tilted the page a bit more so that the main headline doesn't look so straight.
Eeeee. . . .thanks for reminding me! :) (just kidding) There aren't many things more risky than this these days tho is there. Nice job conveying the concept.
