I like the perspective and use of monotone. You could have gotten more impact by using the full 640 pixels in at least one direction.

Comments: Any alley is usually pretty risky but you have taken it a step farther. Part of me wants this image to be darker to enhance the danger or spooky part of it but I do like how you did the blueish tint to help that aspect of it. Your DOF seems odd, the far side of the hole seems like the sharpest point. Great idea and good luck.
