It looks a bit over-processed and not quite sharp, but otherwise very impressive.

This would have stood out a bit more if you had used a slightly longer exposure and panned the shot to get more motion blur in the background. It looks strange to me that the bike is so crisp, but the background looks like it is unintentionally blurry.

I think the BG is a bit boring but the guy and the bike are amazing.
