 it went outside and took a picture of the raindroplets. i tried to get the one raing drop in focus while it was still raining.

You've isolated the water droplet well. I think being a bit bolder in post processing could've given this image more punch, some more contrast perhaps.

There is a lack of clarity to this photo and I think most of it is due to the use of excessive JPEG compression. Your file size of only 60k indicates a highly compressed image and that is what is robbing a lot of the detail and sharpness from this image. (Even a shallow DOF shot should have something that is sharp) Check your compression settings when you save your file. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit. (150k for this one)

love the water bubbles; however would have been more clear if you reduced the noise.

Very nice but is suffering a bit from noise. Could do with a bit of sharpening too.
