 This is a photo of a drop of water on a sulphur crested parrots feather. The front of the image was illuminated with a led torch and the rear with a normal globe. The saturation was increased in photoshop. The lines in the drop are the magnified and refracted lines in the feather, not a photoshop creation.

I don't know what's going on with the lines (areas that are not blurred. Was this done with DOF or with photoshop??
