Others may already have said, but use all the available size. The picture is too small. Resize photos to 640pixels long length so we can view them easier.
The photo was resized too small for me to get the true feeling of the photo. I can get an idea of what it is about, but would have seen one that was a tad bit larger. Awesome place to take a photo.
Why so small? Must be one of two reasons - either shooting for brown or new to processing and DPC. Please refer a link for how to save picture with smaller size with more pixels. - TUTORIAL
Had this been full size the impact of the overexposure could probably be appreciate more. But considering its almost a 1/3 of what is allowed its just tough to get a good impression of the image.
i've never quite understood why people enter pictures which are so small in resolution.. just too hard to see any detail on this for me,, i would recommend using the 640 dimension limit in future challenges to avoid low scores due to not being able to really see the photo properly.. just my opinion ofcourse...
