Nice composition but it looks like the focus is a little too far forward. It seems as if the lashes rather than the eyes are in sharpest focus.

It's hard to look away, she is staring! Nice color on both the skin and eyes, looks intense but not too saturated. Reflections on the eyes do detract a bit, would like to be able to see the pupil as well.
