I broke one of my favourite glasses some time ago, and instead of throwing it out, I kept it for a photo opportunity. I just knew that I would use it sometime, and it seemed to fit this challenge. I borrowed a friends very new kitten (Socks), and he posed so beautifully. I probably could have used a nice ribbon instead of his collar, but didn't think of that until after.

Looks like this kitten's been getting around. Probably broke this glass trying to get out of the other shot entered here. *grin*
It's ADORABLE and well lit, and sharp. I like the negative space and the colors. Maybe not the collar, but that's a nitpick. :) I hope this does well for you.
Very cute little one. Vast amount of white space is a little too much for me and seems to be a little blown out - the glass piece to the right is difficult to make out. Nice image.
New kitten! Both this and the other shot with the same kitten (I'm assuming!) are good. Here, I like the curve of the glass that echoes that of the kiten as it's posed. Maybe just a touch more DOF to have that broken glass a tad crisper, but overall, a very nice shot!
