Cloned out a few small spot on the feathers
Smart Sharpening a few times by small increments
Duplicate layer
Changed 1 layer to B&W
Merge the 2 layers using multiply
Dodge & Burn
Save for Web
Re-open in PS
Smart Sharpen again
Added a border
Save for Web again
