A little less attractive than someone else's photo of the same model in teh same place, her attitude seems here a bit unnatural, and the left lower corner is not the best possible foreground.
This said, both image are very good, and both in my top 5 for this challenge
Of the two, this is better: vivid colours, closer subject, nicer road line. The other had more action, so maybe a dancing girl along this path would have shown the best of both.
Very 3D-ish looking and perfect for the challenge. I think the only improvement I could offer is for the girl to ditch the shoes. Why, I have no idea and the poles in the background kinda suck. But anyway, 10!
