Remarks: Not an obvious abstract but an immaculately composed (seen) one with all the visual attributes of the genre. The exaggerated contrast distributes good emphasis, tension and balance between both the static graphic and the quietly natural elements of the image. The result is an exciting photograph whose energy has been so efficiently employed as to render any evidence of subjects beyond its margins as a delightful quirk or, if you like, as a deliberate intimation of unbroken perfection somewhere outside our field of vision. |
