Math represents different things for different people, for me as a math teacher, this science is about balance, logic, several solutions for a problem. I decided to go with the balance route. On the other hand I did not want to go with the predictable way and show numbers and books. I'm sorry you did not feel the connection.

Without the title, I'm not getting the math connection. The title itself doesn't mean much to me, either. Purely as a photo, it strikes me as okay, but I think a vertical crop might work better.
