You have / had a great idea here. Next time you visit this place (if it's a local place for you?), either kneel down or find a lower plane from which to take the photograph.... you'll then have the mountains framed INSIDE the gazebo, in a way that would be more pleasing to the eye. Nicely seen.
This works really well as a silhouette, but I'm wondering what it would have looked like in landscape mode. I'd have likes to see a bit more background; more negative space.
You've caught a lovely moment in the sky with it's corresponding light on the water, it's almost a shame there's your main subject in the way. I can't help feeling though that the use of light in the background is the most interesting thing in this shot and should have been exploited more. Again, there are some beautiful silhouetted hills in the background I would like to see more of. The structure in the foreground really doesn't interest me that much and it's composition here is unimaginative. It is silhouetted, but there's too much interesting clutter behind it for the silhouette to really pop out. There's a lovely mood to this shot though.
The silhouettes of the gazebo and birds are nice. The picture is dead centered - try to add interest by moving a bit. The base of the image adds little.
