I want the colors back. Gray sky and overexposed water takes away points from your nicely captured birdie.

Very nice. I think your choice to throw out the rule of thirds and putting the horizon right in the middle helps give this picture a great sense of balance.

Nice motion capture. It is too bad the water was brighter than the sky. The water could have been taken down and the smudges taken out for a much improved image.
