 The photo was taken while visiting a hospital. The reflections were seredipidus as my subject was actually the tree seen in the reflection.

Not sure what the idea is here. Maybe that you where shooting the windows and bye "accident" the had this reflection?
Ok, idea but I dont find the image very eyecaching and or very creatively performed.

I really like this composition, how wonderful it was that you found this tree in full bloom. I think it could be cropped slightly at the top and perhaps the contrast heightened, but a lovely, compelling photo.
