This is a nice composition but the overall image is rather drab. The textures and colors are washed out and the reflections don't really pop. I wouldn't have noticed them right away if it hadn't been in the title. At any rate, I don't see how this meets the criteria for the challenge. There isn't anything surprising or fortuitous about the reflections the turtle and the log cast.
Nice framing and use of the rule of thirds. The image needs better focus on the turtle which is the main subject. It appears to be focused more on the turtle's water reflection in front of it rather than the turtle itself.
Sorry, I don't see how it meets the challenge. The caption might provide context that you happened to be somewhere and were able you got this shot, but if that's the challenge criterion, couldn't ANY picture meet the challenge?
