Interesting arrangement to achieve curves, not circles.

Good enough for a stock photography catalogue.

Nice colors, but it appears a bit oversharpened to me, notice the light strip nects to the edge of the CDs
Post actions
Really nice how you got those colors! Uh-how did you?
Post actions
cool ... hope u didn't scratch the cd's :) I love the asymmetry and lighting. Not sure about the blackened corners ...

Great colors! So nice, in fact, that the colors to be the subject rather than the curves.

I like it! I did something similiar. It's good to see a different perspective on a similiar idea.

ah yes. very nice. how did you light this? i might have tried to make the overlaps more even.

2 CD shots. 4 guitars. 1 cello and a piano. Lots of music related themes! Yours has a lot more color. How do you get the full rainbow spectrum to unfold sequentially from bottom to top? Ingenious!

The rainbow effect is fantastic. And I like the layering also.

good color, very sharpe, i really like both of the cd shots. the composition is nice -- somewhat off centered as far as the ordering of each cd. really good.

This looks like a shot I've seen in a computer magazine recently! The colours are great, but I would prefer a bit more focus in the middle of the image.

I like all the colors in this shot, the idea is good, but I would have tried to get the cds to be a little more symmetrical or more random. Either way I think it would improve it.
Post actions
nice, colors are great, interesting!

WOW...nice capture and beautiful color !!!!

cool idea, lots of interesting color and repetition. it's the better of the 'compact disc' shots.

I like both of the CD photos in this challenge... Both of them are in my top 10 favorites. This one, however is going to score one point higher than the other one because I like the variation of color more in this photo. You have covered a greater span of the spectrum and this is much more appealing to my eye. Kudos! Score: 9 :)

i thought about doing something like this, dontcha love the rainbows?

So that's what you do with all those AOL cd's...

excellent composition! good color and lighting. better than most images on PhotoDisc that suggest digital media

This looks very professional.
Post actions
Great idea. Might have been stronger with more even spacing ?

Nice picture. I tried doing something like this myself but I could get the lighting just right. You captured it perfectly.
Post actions
