Ok. Ok. I would give you a critque, but I believe the issue is with your monitor not your pict. I saw this on two different monitors. The uncalibrated version actually looks ok and the calibrated version shows lack of detail.

I suspect you don't have a monitor calibration device, so I recommend

Nice portrait, but the blacks are too dark, losing details. The dress appears "flat" as a result.
