 Eyewave has some very nice shots from this perspective. The bridge is for trains and pedestrians - the main train station for Cologne is on the other side of the bridge.

Love the silhoette!! I cropped mine alot closer... but then I didn't manage to expose the sky as nicely as you have, nice job!
