The potential for a good image, but spoiled by a lot of little technical issues:
cloud blown, horizon tilted, slightly unsharp...
Also, a lower camera could be better here: it would emphasize the houses and windmill by placing them clearly above the horizon, and the car wouldn't be visible any more
