Good sharpness but unfortunately, your meter was fooled because of the light reflecting on the ruler and underexposed the whole thing...

I don't get the little guy in there and the title doesn't seem to fit with the key elements which seem to be the machinists tools.

Nicely composed but I think you need to play with the contrast and brightness some. It's just a little flat in MHO.
