 Slices of mozzarella cheese and ripe tomatoes, garnished with fresh basil leaves. Just before serving, season with freshly ground black pepper and maldon salt and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and a touch of balsamic vinegar.

too much glare off the tomato and leaf, the light colors are too bright.

This looks like a giant, juicy mozzarella and tomato Big Mac. I love it. Well lit, love the DOF and focal point on that top slice of tomato. Well framed.
