INGREDIENTS
1 lime quartered
1 teaspoon (or more) white sugar
2 1/2 fluid ounces cachaca (Brazilian sugar cane destiled)
1 cup ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large glass squeeze and drop in the pieces of lime . Add sugar, crush and mix . Pour in the cachaca and plenty of ice. Stir well. Use slice of lime to decorate the border of glass.

Caipirinha is really very popular here in Brazil (personaly, I dont´t like cachaça, is very suit).

Jutilda, isntead cachaça you can use vodka. Don´t forget to change the beverage name to " Caipiroska"

Seems to be short on detail and clarity a little. perhaps the lighting is a little too strong, but I'm not quite sure. A very good effort, however. I like the effect of the bubbles in the drink.
