 This photograph was taken at a ranch just outside of Linton, North Dakota on a cloudless day in July. The hitch in the foreground, as well as the hay bales in the background, hint at the farmer's respectful interaction with the prairie.

WOW, you snagged the brown on your first entry, bummer. There is only one way to go from there. I agree with the other commenters on the shot, but I like your interpretation of the photo. Good luck in the future, Free Studies are tough.

I like the red to cut through the green grass. I wold suggest shooting later in the day or with the sun at your back to try and not blow out the sky.

Needs a tad more sharpening and color brightening to bring out the nice red of the trailer against the green.

The focus isn't as sharp as it could be, I fear. And a modern, metal trailer would be better not seen in a pastoral image, I think.
