The Image: A mushroom over some lime green jelly. Macro Lens. I wanted to get different layers and textures, and hopefully people will find this pleasing to the eye.
The Edit: Mainly levels, d and b, noise reduction, some sharpening and blurring. I selectively desaturated to b and w for a bit of tinting.
The Prediction: I think this might be below 6
Post: well, I was off in my prediction again...
I like the fact that people didn't know what it was. Thanks everyone.

This is so cool, I love the colours from the jelly, had no idea during the challenge what the green was but guessed the mushroom. There is so much to look at in this with the detail in the mushroom and the air bubbles. As someone else mentioned I could also see this as a poster.
Really great shot, Enzo. I love the different textures, especially the tiny blue bubbles. I could imagine this looking even more stunning hanging as a huge print in a modern living room.
What is thi, it looks like a mushroom shot from below in water....Actually I dont care what it is because what I know is that it is a fantastic abstract and a pleasure to look at -9
