No, it isn't a stout.
This is a shooter and it is really simple to make though it requires a touch of bar tending skill.
Ingredients:
Coffee Liqueur - Tia Maria or Kalua
Bailey's Irish Cream
1. Grab a (some)shot glass(s)
2. Pour just enough Coffee Liqueur to leave space for the "head"
3. Take a teaspoon, invert it and place one edge of it against the glass
4. Gently pour Bailey's over the spoon so as not to mix with the liqueur below.
Enjoy!
Post-processing.
Lightroom - White-balance, contrast, tones, minor HSL to try and match the colour of the bailey's with the guinness foam, crop.
Photoshop - Noise Ninja, border, export for web.

Alright I get it now, I thought that was a really weird thing to do! Really though I'm embarrassed for not figuring it out bc I am a bartender. I usually just layer it by pouring the bailey's directly against the side of the glass, but it doesn't come out nearly so perfect. FYI-I like the dark, thought it was intentional. Made for a simple composition that only showed what was important.
When you shoot a dark drink on a dark background, you're not going to get a great result unless the area where the subject lies has a lit background area. In this case, your idea is nice, composure is nice, but the lack of background light to emphasis the drink(s) is missing, and because of that, I think your shot isn't as nice as it could be. But good luck!
