 Red Chili–Thyme Marinated whole chicken revolved to tenderness over a double-charcoal motored grill
The title says it all. But I may add that the charcoal cooks the chicken from both sides at the same time, as the pictures shows; the gill has an electric motor that keep the chickens revolving. This was a 25 second exposure with a strong flash fired to the right hand side at second 24.
