Not sure how people vote yet, being new here, but it seems to me an image that is in focus, nicely composed and meets challenge (such as yours) should rate at LEAST 5, despite if one likes it personally or not. I think if a person votes 4 or less they should be required to comment on why, so we can learn from it.
