 Cropped a little. Adjusted levels, curves, b&c, extracted yellow centers and adjusted shadows and highlights. Used remove color cast tool to correct white balance. Did duplicate layer, then added a high pass filter using overlay at 53% opacity. Flattened image, resized, auto sharpen, save for web.
