A little perspective work might have helped this a bit. Not sure what the crop is about. the campus is a little to shadowy for this to be real effective but I like reflection shots. It appears you did what you could with the contrast difference between the reflection and the window hardware without one being blown out so good job.
Nice shot, Using photoshop's Transform > Perspective tool would have enabled you to straighten up the window's vertical edges to make for a better overall frame.
This looks very familiar. Please let me know (after the challenge) where it is... Very nice image. Reminds me of my college days. Good luck in the challenge. I like this.
