New here and just starting to explore the site- You and Neil are some of my favorites- its great to see cuch creativity- AND a great sense of humor- super!
This is soooo cute! I really love your creativity and the execution is excellent --- the muted tones, lighting and the tilt really put it over the top! Congrats on a new PB; look forward to seeing more ...
Awesome and definitely you..... I love this Bec, just perfect, and it is just so good to see you entering challenges..... An excellent idea done so well.....
Not the greatest model, but a good shot none the less. I like the lighting and the color scheme. Reminds me of a project at fashion design school where we had to make a dress that was 90% paper...yours looks better than mine did though! ;)
lol Nice one. I love it. A jewel among the rest I have seen so far. 9. Would another pose improved this image, I ponder to myself? hmm Maybe standing in the corner or just leaning up against the wall. Hope you'll post outtakes after voting.
A wild take on the challenge. I like the processing and technically sound. The tilt I'm not so sure of but still a good photo. Creativity is always a good thing!
Overall, I really like this. If I knew more about photography, I could probably tell you why, so that you could keep doing whatever it is that you did.
Perhaps it's the quirky angle. Oh, I don't know.
Send this to the critique club they will really be able to pin down why this works.
This is FUN! AND it meets the challenge, unlike so many this time 'round. I'm diggin' those boots, lol. The slight tip, the composition, the toning all are working well together. I like the contrast of the very dark, solid wall and the busy papers, then the less busy floor. Border helps keep it all grouped. Nice job!
There once was a girl from St. Paul,
who wore a newspaper dress to a ball.
The dress caught on fire,
and burned its entire;
Front page, Sports section, and all.
This is actually a good look here, I mean, given the state of high couture fashion these days, they don't have anything on this girl.
THe trim on the floor is a bit distracting, but the walls and the placement of the model in the frame are nice- good idea, great shot.
