This is a passion flower from a huge plant on the front of my house. Easch year we cut it right back but in the space of a couple of months it grows 20 feet in several directions :)
I cropped this one as I didn't want to use the tube as I needed a reasonable dof
Last one for the series, have really enjoyed using this 50mm lens, it will be in my bag pretty much all the time I think!
Nice shot of the passion flower. I have 2 varieties growning in my yard and this type is the much more aggressive one. Not only do I have to cut it way back every couple of years but new ones start from seed all over my yard. (and my neighbor's) I love the butterflies it attacts and my iguanas eat the fruit.
