 This is a really dirty trash can. I thought it would be great for this challenge. Really dirty and out of focus.

instead of the entire garbage pail maybe a closer different angle of it wouldve been more interesting shadow from the flash is yukky 3 Mags

flash makes it a little surreal, lots of clutter in the background too. did you try a long exposure with natural light? doesn't always work, but sometimes comes out real cool.

This photo fits the challenge, but it doesn't really say a whole lot... the desaturation is a neat effect, but I'm looking for some WOW in the image itself :) - setzler

Yep, a trash can, alright! All the things behind it and on the floor seem to distract from an otherwise interesting green trash can photo.

That black hose grabs my eye more than the trash can. I wonder how you managed to get the trash can in colour and the rest in B&W.
