Beautiful lighting and fine composition. Initially I thought the negative space was a bit excessive, but now I see that you are right. I'll need to up the vote a bit...;)
While the actual relationship between the two women is not evident – the picture creates a certain mood which forces the viewer to wonder about their stories and how they may have intervened. Perfect! Wish you luck!
Wonderful composition. The vertical orientation of the lovely models is rather unique and the lighting, while subtle, provides great emotion. The transition from model to drapery pattern to an abyss draws the eye across the image as it draw the mind down the path of "what/who are they waiting on... and why. Yet, the contentment in their expression implies both patience and anticipation.
Would've been a 10 if they were looking at the camera and/or they were a bit sharper. Good use of thirds and luminance contrast to make their faces the only bright point in the picture.. draws your eyes immediately to them.
Cool shot, great light. I may have cropped out some of the negative space on the right - would have tightened up the shot a bit but also given a larger image for voters to view. Very nice work though.
