Poor, poor Winnie the Pooh. Decapitated and thrown in the fire pit...
A teddy bear head I found in the woods, I had to rid it of hundred of ants first to work with it. It is really crusty. I put it in our fire pit out back. Used HDR with 1 raw file (using Dynamic-Photo HDR), used the Mysterious Light Filter on it (which only adds colors casts). In PSCS levels, curves, hue/sat, resized and USM.

Awwww……Pooh. One of my favorite friends when growing up. As far as the color police, I kinda think it’s a little funny when they where children all of them recognized the character and accepted that he was friends, and spoke English with a owl, donkey, and a pig. And yet as adults, a minor tone change is a big problem.

Unusual shot not only due to the subject & composition, but the coloration here.Not really sure the blue toning works best for the burnt logs, but does add to the color palette overall.
