I wasn't a big fan of this challenge... but I came up with this at the last moment. The reflection is a cd cover I made that's on my computer monitor. It's a sky with music scores "flowing" about. I'm pretty happy with the result.

Makes me wonder why the rainbows are bent... But otherwise I like it. You could even take one step back to include the left side of the CD in the picture as well, to have a bigger hint at an extra wheel.
'Not everything round is a wheel, and not all wheels are round' I just made that up, and it is nonsense. I'm sure this is as wheel-like as anything else I've seen.
this is a very inventive, creative idea... i like it; i like the composition, i like the laser beams... and if there was a third colourful ray... it would have been a ten! i also like the title...
Reflection is a nice touch, and you got great colors. My only knock has to do with applicability to the challenge. Is this a wheel? Round spinny thing, yes. But a wheel?
