Unfortunetly you took a great shot of "Tires" not "Wheels". Don't feel to bad i almost submitted something similar untill my wife told me that I was taking pictures of tires. 5 because I still like the shot.

tires aren't wheels :) (not points lost for that). The shot is a bit strange; static. Maybe a tighter crop, or a shot with the plastic flapping around would have brought more interest into this shot.

Very good. You have managed to make the ugly thing not so ugly. In my opinion, the lower part of the picture should have been cropped. It spoils it.
