 Meet Alex, my daughters junior prom date this year, okay so I took the shot last week...but I processed it tonight!! LOL.
Edited 1/14/2015, I must sadly add this edit, Alex committed suicide recently no is sure why. Rest In Peace Alex.

I like the pose you captured here, it reminds me of something I'd see in a silent movie. The bottom half looks a bit dark on my calibrated monitor.

I like both the pose and the background, and it works well for me in B&W. One my darkish monitor, it is hard to see detail in the jacket, but on my lighter monitor I can clearly seen the pinstriping. I'm betting your daughter likes this one. :-)

The face is nicely exposed, but the rest seems a bit too contrasty in that you lose some of the details of both the shirt and the jacket.
