This is the best pregnancy shot I've seen so far - you can really see some emotion in the subjects face. I like it. Good choice of background too. Really good picture :)

I think the pose isn't quite right...with her left hand where it is it looks like she is about to faint and is bracing herself, she looks like she's about to go into labour...just trying to help :)

Perhaps a different pose would have worked better...
